Partnerships between Urban College Connections and UK Academics
We work with academics across the UK interested in consultancy work related to the higher education sector. Our consultancy services include short courses on leadership, EDI and doctoral supervision training with a focus on female empowerment, mentoring and coaching skills and race equality in higher education.
Evaluation is embedded within all our work
We make extensive use of administraive data collected as part of any project to develop just in time evaluation (action research) to inform the development of the programme whilst it is running and to provide our clients with evidence of the value of the work we have completed.
Our academics experience
We work with experienced academics with a range of international higher education experience. Our academics have track records with a range of funders and institutions including the British Council, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).

Our business model enables access to staff in universities without the high costs associated with contracting them through their university directly, as a flexible and agile business we are able to be efficient with our running costs to pass these onto our clients.
